Attorney Harold Burbank holds three degrees in international relations, human rights and law/international law. His mental health education and employment experiences include teaching, coaching (ski racing), advising and dorm parenting US/international prep school students, US poverty law clinics, Amnesty International casework, Maine assistant attorney general for child abuse and neglect, Maine Penobscot Indian Nation director of human services, Connecticut Attorney General staff for child support; United Nations alternate delegate for Veterans for Peace NGO; adjunct professor of political-geography; and numerous fund raising and other charity works for national/international brain injury organizations.

His son is a Connecticut mental health counselor/services facilitator.

Harold Burbank practices civil and human rights law, and Christmas tree farming, from offices based in Canton, Connecticut USA.
